All About You

1. Describe your ideal house/home. Please go into as much detail as possible, and be sure to include your ideal geographical location in the description!. My ideal home would be on the beach in Prince Edward Island Canada or somewhere similar. I love the beach and the ocean so my house would have to be somewhere near the water. I would love a lush and colorful garden full of flowers and plants. I would want my house to look like a fairy cottage. Nothing too big but not too small. I would want two bathrooms and maybe a half upstairs. Not a full upstairs but stairs that go up into a bedroom/loft type area that looks like a log cabin. I would have tons of fairy figurines sitting out by my favorite artists. I would decorate my bathroom with seashells. I would have some antique/Victorian style furniture. My decorating style would mostly be fairies, Victorian style, and beach stuff.

2. Imagine you’re given the classic opportunity: a genie granting you three wishes. What would you wish for? Please be as elaborate as you can. Wishing for more wishes is not permitted! My first wish would for my anxiety to be gone. I have horrible anxiety and it causes all kinds of problems with meeting new people and driving. My second wish would be for everyone to be rich. I know this would unbalance the economy but I hate seeing people suffer and families not being able to afford food for their kids. If everyone was rich or at least had enough money to get what they needed and some of what they want less people would suffer. My third wish would be peace in the world. No more murder and violence. I know "World Peace" sounds so cliche but I really would want that.

3. In your life so far, what accomplishment are you the most proud of? Why? You can list more than one if you have trouble deciding. ;) So far I am most proud of my willingness to keep going on despite the struggles and challenges I have faced. I have experienced a lot of depression in my past and had tried to kill myself before. I refuse to think that way anymore and have gotten myself to the point where suicide is never an answer. Now when I get knocked down I just dust myself off and get back up again.

4. Which of the following is most important to you: Love, Money, Knowledge, Family, Friendship, Adventure, or Pleasure? Which is the least important to you? Please explain why for each choice. The most important to me is Love. Without love what good is money and knowledge and adventure? If you can't love your family and friends than what is the point? Love is the thing that chases the darkness away and keeps us all going. The least important would be adventure. I have way to much anxiety for adventure. I don't care much for it. All the adventures I ever went on ended up in disaster anyway.

5. What's one quote (or passage, song lyric, etc.) that effectively describes you and your values? Explain.I am going to quite a Sevendust song called, "Better Day". It says"Can I give it all away just to get back to that better place, that better place today". I had to give up a lot of bad habits, bad thinking, and damaging people in my life to get to a better place. It was hard and still is but the hope of getting to a better place and being at peace with myself if worth it.

6. How do you manage your money? On that note, how important is money/financial security to you? Go into as much detail as you can.I would say I manage my money pretty well. I make sure all my bills are paid and I have a budget each month. I write every dollar down. Then if I have any left and I want something and have the money for it I'll buy it and sometimes I save my money. Financial security is very important to me. I like to know I have some savings to fall back on in case of an emergency.

7. Name (and elaborate on) some of your hobbies. What are your favorite things to do outside of school/the office? I love to write. I write poetry and stories and fan fiction. I enjoy singing. I used to go to karaoke a lot but haven't gone as much lately due to my anxiety. I enjoy taking pictures of my pets and nature, watching movies with family and friends. I'm a big video game addict who loves role playing games. I love to read fantasy books a lot. I like a lot of solitary hobbies for the most part.

8. Name three things you are afraid of. Explain. I am afraid of death. I mean who isn't? And if your not that please share your secret with me. I am just plain afraid of not existing anymore. I believe in Heaven and Hell and would worry which place I was going to upon death. I'm afraid of centipedes. They are gross and creepy. I had an apartment once and we had problems with them and I went to research how to kill them on the internet and found all these horror stories about them and that just made it all worse. I'm afraid of deep water. I hate deep water and what is down there lurking below. I worry about drowning a lot.

9. Name (and elaborate on) your top three BEST and top three WORST qualities (personality-related, not physical). Please answer as fully as you can, as this is an important question. My top three best qualities...My humor. My sense of humor has helped me recover from depression, anger, jealousy, and other bad situations and it has also helped me cheer others up and help then as well. I'm a good listener. I can listen with an open mind to almost anything and don't judge. And I'll keep your secret too. My third best quality is my creativity. I am always coming up with new ideas and projects. I don't always follow through with everything but I never lack for a creative story idea or project.

As for bad qualities my anger is one of the top. I can go from 0 to 10 in an instant if I'm not careful. I have a barbed wire tongue and I know how to use someone's weakness against them. And since I'm such a good listener I probably remember everything you tell me and can turn it on you in an instant if you hurt me. I'm anxious this is a horrible quality since it leaves me fearful a lot. You name it and I am probably anxious or worrying about it. I'm not brave at all I'm afraid unless I am in one of my blinding states of anger. Then it seems that gear leaves me. my third bad quality is my paranoia. I always assume what other's might be thinking and always think the worst. I can't just let an odd look be an odd look. I always have to find a meaning behind it.

A Song of Ice and Fire Related

1.Who are your favorite three characters in the series? Why? My favorite is Daenerys. I love how she started out a young, naive girl and became this strong assertive young woman. She is a natural leader and always stands up for what she believes in. My second favorite is Arya. Arya never backs down and follows her own heart. Arya is strong and survives so much. My third favorite is Jon. Jon is also a good leader and has a kind heart. He also knows how to do what he must which is the perfect balance with kindness.

2.Who are your least favorite three characters in the series? Why? I dislike Cersei. She is manipulative and power hungry. I mean she's doing her brother which is just gross and she tries and plays the victim a lot. She doesn't care about anyone but herself. I didn't like Robert. He was funny but he was lazy, indulgent and did what was easy. He didn't seem to be a very good king and he didn't really stand up for what was right. He was too busy whoring around. I despise the Bolton bastard. I don't want to give anything away but he is just cruel and evil all the way through.

3.#1 Favorite moment in all of ASOIAF so far? Why? My favorite moment was when Daenery's dragons hatched. It was a new beginning for her.

4. In your dream-world, how would you like to see the series end, and why? I would like to see Daenery's return to Westeros and claim the Iron Throne. I would also like to see Dany's dragons scorch some other's. Arya and Sansa and Bran reunite with their mother. Tyrion find his wife Tysha or someone new to love. Brienne and Jaime fall in love. Cersei dies or does a complete turn around. Tommen and Myrcella get a new mother or someone better to raise them. Tywin comes back as a "moaning myrtle" type ghosts and haunts the Lannisport privys. And I could go on and on and on. Oh one more thing. Jon needs to fall in love with Dany. Don't know how that could work out but I'd like to see it happen.

I think you're in my house - Targaryen

Targaryen

[identity profile] breve.livejournal.com 2011-08-15 05:43 pm (UTC)(link)
I agree with Targaryen. I see Dany, Rhaegar, and even a little Aerys in you. The fanciful, fantastic, open-minded, loving idealism on one hand, and the touch of paranoia, temper, melancholy, and solitude on the other. You seem to fear what you are capable of to the point that good attributes turn into bad ones (i.e. a good memory becomes a tool for making jibes at someone)... and fear of yourself and what you might be capable of is a very Targaryen sort of trait, I think (says the Targaryen, speaking from experience >.<).

Tully

[identity profile] fallingtowers.livejournal.com 2011-08-15 06:10 pm (UTC)(link)
I do see a fair bit of Stark in you (the idealism, the obvious love of nature, the melancholy), but your creativity and your temper persuaded me to agree with what the others said and go for Targaryen instead.

Lannister

I agree with the Targaryen votes.

You sound very Targaryen to me.

Stark

[identity profile] oparu.livejournal.com 2011-08-15 10:17 pm (UTC)(link)
I would love to have Tommen and Myrcella be raised by someone else for awhile, poor things.

I also think Targaryen for your creativity, fear of death, even anxiety...they're high strung there in delightful ways.

Tully

[identity profile] kibethsbark.livejournal.com 2011-08-15 10:39 pm (UTC)(link)
I agree with the others above, Targaryen.

Ha, Tywin haunting privies...excellent! XD

Yeah, I think you're a Targaryen, too, especially considering your book ansers, although you do have shades of Stark and maybe even Tully.

It's Tully for me! I think your ability to face struggles and achieve a new balance (& your quote about the "better place") is a Tully trait.

I always assume what other's might be thinking and always think the worst.
I so sympathize. :(

Tully

[identity profile] ambyr.livejournal.com 2011-08-16 02:37 pm (UTC)(link)
Wow, I'm out of the loop on this one--I'm not seeing Targaryen at all. I'm going with Tully, for the comfortable home, desire for a better world, and listening skills. I do see a lot of Tyrell as well--but I don't think the Tyrells are particularly afraid of death.

Lannister

[identity profile] adeluxe.livejournal.com 2011-08-16 04:03 pm (UTC)(link)
I kind of saw a bit of Greyjoy at first, in a very Euron way - quick to anger, prone to solitude, etc. but then so much else in your app contradicted that (the fear of drowning may have clued me in!!)

So I think I'll join in the Targaryen chorus. It combines the above qualities with your more family-orientated ones well!

Martell

[identity profile] kittenmittons.livejournal.com 2011-08-16 07:20 pm (UTC)(link)
Hmm, you're a bit hard to place for me.At first I was torn between Stark and Targaryen, but started to lean towards Tully as a bit of a compromise. However, I think you seem like a slightly melancholy Targaryen more than anything. Your emotions seem to be pretty extreme (I don't mean that as a bad thing!) and I can see Targaryens having anxiety issues as well. Your creativity and the fact that you've overcome many obstacles also seem like rather Targaryen qualities to me. So that's where I'll put you!

Also, can I just say how much I loved this?:
Tywin comes back as a "moaning myrtle" type ghosts and haunts the Lannisport privys.
LOL PERFECTION.

Okay, I guess I see where people were getting Targaryen but that's not what I really saw. For a while I was thinking Stark because you seemed so much like Sansa, but your house and your best and worst traits pointed me towards my own house: Tyrell. You seem like a lovely person. <3

Lol Moaning Tywin.

You are definitely a Targaryen. I think the fact that you describe yourself as an anxious person really made me choose that. I don't know, I associate anxiousness with Targs.

Also, best idea ever:

Tywin comes back as a "moaning myrtle" type ghosts and haunts the Lannisport privys
