1. Copying the application on the userinfo, and the pasting it as is with the response is a good start. :) It helps for us to see what the question asks as well as your answer following. 2. Too much bold hurts the eyes. 3. You left some answers unanswered, maybe you used richtext instead of HTML because Richtext likes to eat certain answers.
