Someone (spamdilemma, our local chronicler of Tywin/Joanna, maybe? :) needs to write a happy AU where Joanna lives and the Lannister kids all grow up relatively well-adjusted, and run/waddle through meadows together to the music of happy laughter. Ahem, yes. That's likely to happen in Westeros.
But I do agree that the relationship between Tywin and Tyrion would be loads better if Joanna had lived.
