Westeros Sorting

I seriously considered Targaryen and Tyrell (you're so thoughtfully self-aware -- that always twangs me as a Tyrell trait), but overall it all adds up to Lannister to me. Your wishes and fears and choice of love and knowledge are very Targaryen (well, a Lannister would fear ridicule as well, but overall), but the vibe just doesn't feel Targ to me -- you are too grounded and self-aware to be a Targ in my book. It looks like you've got both the Lannister drive (needing to be the best), and the Lannister need for recognition/validation (which gets twisted/expressed in weird ways in canon but is I think a strong driver for all of them), and the combination of arrogance and the ability to mock oneself is also a very Lannister trait. Plus, as shelled_avenger said, the emphasis on the less fantasy epic, more realistic aspects of the books seems to fit Lannister better than any of the other houses I considered.
