I'd be more surprised to find specific knowledge of Chicago streets in some random Internet community. Half of us aren't American. PBR and CSA are totally WTF. Blue and red lines make me just go "Huh? Buses? Trams? Lines painted on the streets to say NO COMMEY HERE? What?" But in your explaining it all I imagined someone flailing their hands in not a super-excitable fashion, but à la "Isn't this neat, guys?" on some topic 5 people in the world are actually into. I know I expressed love for elaboration but half of the location bit said nothing. "Why am I reading about baseball?" arose.
Anyway. The standing cold + tough bit = Stark. Woodwork for some reason likewise reads as Stark to me. Baking seems Tully or Stark, and I guess big families likewise, along with Tyrells. Never wanting to live alone also reeks of Tyrells, and the other two houses mentioned perhaps. Warmth inside a grim environment = Winterfell, perhaps Martells with their harsh environment? Your fear of mushrooms seems cracky, so I'd put that for Targaryen, but the judgement in the third fear is extremely Starkish, maybe Tully. Be careful your third wish doesn't give you more understanding for all that. ;) The absoluteness + idealism seems Stark or Targaryen.
I have nothing in my sixth house, bar Capricorn starting it. Your desire to make someone happy + serve seems more in the Stark-Tully region than Targ. Being aware of your failings seems Starkish. "I'll try my damndest to never make a promise I can't keep, and never ask what I can't offer in return." = Stark. Brutally free sounds Greyjoy, with hints of Targ, but again you come back to the Stark territory right after it. Decision made -> decision stuck to = Stark + Tully. Breaking promises being such an anathema to you probably seals it as Stark, but I'll go through the rest still.
Your notion of friends not needing to be people you actually get along with is strange to someone like me, but I think we could already guess from the Rorschach icons that you'd have some views I don't necessarily see sense in. ;) I would say you're talking more about trusted allies than friends, but the meaning of friend differs depending on who you talk to. I don't need to like my allies, but I do prefer that with friends, where I want that also. Anyway. Not sorting, back to it. Devoted woman = Tully, possibly Lannister vibes in our devotion to those we do choose as ours (but not selflessly perhaps), perhaps some Stark. If you count Ned marrying Cat out of duty + (selfless?) love to his brother + whatever as that. As to unconditional love returned, I think the trick is to find the right personality with the right ideas first, THEN fall in love, whatever they're like otherwise.
5 is Tully. It's more Stark than Targ, since Targs value adventure. Just trying to point out that no, it's not just about the length or intensity, which Arya + Lyanna have. Catelyn is very intense in her devotion. Quoting yourself is Targ or Lannister perhaps though, Targ + Martell in the spouting poetry bit. 7 has Tyrell, Martell, Targ + Edmure Tully. 8 has Martell + Targ, and sounds a bit like Olenna Tyrell for some reason. 9 is pure Stark.
I believe the rules note that elaboration is necessary, re: adding why to 10. Your characters + the reasons support the Stark + Tully to no end again.
To comment to what you said above... Adrian prefers fanboys. That's why. ;)
