I'm getting a weird mix of Tully and Martell, from you. Contrary to popular belief, Martells have never, ever struck me as materialistic. Opulence was just kind of... there and not required, as it is for Targaryens. So that was a point for Martell as well as Tully.
Your individualism, self-confidence (your mentioning it as a double-edged sword included), not being extroverted nor introverted and kind of in the middle (it seems that way to me, at least), and dislike of stupid people getting in your face also strike me as Martell traits. So does your way of pushing yourself -- something I usually associate with Lannister, perhaps. But the majority of the time they just kind of do themselves in beyond a certain point, since they start spending too much time brooding and not doing what really needs to be done (or doing it too late). I don't see you succumbing to that.
Your hobbies are where a little bit of Tully starts to bleed through and mix with Martell. And your ideal home is very much like Tully to me, what with the geographical location.
I'll probably be in the minority, or even a loner, in my vote for Martell.
Stark.
