Going with Lannister. There's a lot of pride here, but I don't quite see the grandiose delusions of grandeur required for a Targ. Your negative traits of arrogant, selfish, & stubborn? Totally Lannister. You also mention familial loyalty as a positive trait, which fits Tyrion. It always surprised me that he was so loyal to his family despite them treating him horribly. Targs don't go for loyalty much at all.
