I'm going to say Targaryen. Your desire to change humanity and protect the earth, your fears, your best and worst qualities (thoughtfulness, domineering-ness, honesty) seems like those of a Targ ruler. Your fear of heights (how will you ever ride a dragon??? :P) and dislike of prophecies did give me a pause. But still, Targaryen in the end.
