Stark for sure. I see Tully as well - and lots of it - but I think that the Starks have a sense of family that is very similar to the Tullys and people often overlook that simply because of the Tully house words ;) That said, your penchant for wanting to be honest and even the kindness you seem to focus on, plus the fact that you'd rather live a bit closer to nature and prefer spartan decor, push you into Stark.
