I can see Stark, but honestly, my first thought was Greyjoy. You are very adventurous and your worst traits fit very well with the Greyjoys, but your tendency for empathy not so much. Actually Theon might slowly be getting there, but its not really inherent for him. But then again, the quotation you chose and your interpretation of it makes me think of Greyjoy.
However, may of your traits also point to Aryaish kind of Stark. Bit rash and heedless, but you also want the ability to reconcile and heal, which all in all are very honest wishes. I'd say you'd make a good Stark.
