Oh goodness, I've seen a lot of criticism of Jorah for various reasons, but never his a failure to adapt culturally. Admittedly I'm a total Jorah fangirl, but I always thought Khal Drogo seemed to hold him in pretty high regard, and his mastery of the language and customs, even wearing Dothraki clothing on occasion when it was practical, indicated Jorah as being respectful of other people's cultures and habits. He never says anything negative about the Dothraki.
Interesting take on Ygritte, too; I always thought she was very key in taking the blinders of idealism off Jon's eyes that are so crucial to his being a good Lord Commander who can make effective and pragmatic decisions, and a man who sees the wildlings as people, too.
Anyway! You're a tricky one to sort but I see you as a Lannister.
