Fears suggest Targ, 9 could have some Tully or Stark although there's also dutiful timid early Dany there somewhere, I guess. Since it won't make any difference at this stage, Tully as a "One's as good as another" for you. I think Targ could be the "This is where you could grow the most" option for you though, if we were talking Harry Potter style Sorting Hats and seeing where Neville might blossom, and such things.
And I think you make three for Finns, though I've no idea how many are alive or dead just now.
