I was torn between Martell and Targaryen for a lot of the app - the way you talked about your best accomplishment made me think of Dany, your Targ-friendly ending, and the drive behind it all made me think Dany-type Targ.
But your temper, your fear of being tied down, your confidence and your priorities (with adventure being at the top) - all of it really says Martell to me, so that's where I'm voting.
