You're very hard for me to sort! I'm sure at one point or another in this app I thought of Lannister, Martell, Targaryen, Tully, and Tyrell -- and that's an insane number of houses for me to be considering. o_o
Overall, though, I think Tully is the best fit.
Your answer to #4 with your explanation of why family is important fits a Tully's reasons the most, I think -- they're a part of you. I think each house has its own attitude toward family and why it's important (or not important) and that kind of sums up the Tully view.
You're also a hometown girl and that also makes me think Tully. Your positive traits and the overall feel of your personality make me think Tully too, although I think they might work for Stark or Tyrell as well.
