Stark or Tully, Stark or Tully... Oh man, this is hard... But I think you're a Tully, with a very, very strong Stark-iness in you.
I think you're more Tully than Stark, though, because of your best and worst traits, as well as your love of family. While it's hard to think of Catelyn as a pushover, I think she can be, sometimes. And she does tend to bottle up her emotions a lot. Also, the Tullys are generally optimists, for better or for worse - look at Edmure, for instance, or Lysa (though Lysa's sense of optimism is more delusional than anything else). Catelyn has shown she's an optimist, but I think she's absorbed quite a bit of the Starks' practicality to counterbalance it well.
And yay for another Petyr fan :D! I love him, too, for the same reasons you just gave. I also think he'd make a decent leader, but not necessarily king - I think he'd make a great Hand, or a Warden of some section of Westeros. He'd be handicapped if he was King, I think, unable to be as effective as he would normally be.
Also hear you on Cersei's treatment of Jaime. Jaime deserves better - like Brienne ;D.
