I saw Tully and Stark, but overall I think you'd fit best with the Greyjoys.
1) ranking adventure high (Tully and Stark are probably the two least-adventurous houses, at least IMO) 2) connection with the sea, love of swimming (very Greyjoy to me; for some reason having an affinity with any part of nature seems like something a Greyjoy would say over any of the other great houses) 3) "I am quite fearless" -- again a very Greyjoy thing to say (and just in general it's interesting you've conquered your three biggest childhood fears) 4) attitude toward money -- thinking it unimportant, spending everything that's earned, but still realizing it's necessary to live nicely -- I think this fits the Greyjoy view of money the closest 5) love of pirates ;)
Your quote doesn't fit with a Greyjoy but there's so much else here that does I think I have to sort you there!
