I'm going against the trend and saying Lannister. I can see the Greyjoy, but I don't get a brutalness vibe to you. I think you have that humorous streak that we see with the lion house. Your quote also made me think of that house.
However, it was your answer about dying that sold me. It reminded me of Jamie and a little bit of Tyrion. Not being afraid of death is somewhat unique, I think, and something we see in the Lannisters, it's not that they have a death wish, but they laugh in its face. Yes, I think the Lion House is the best fit for you. :)
