You feel very much like a Tully to me. I can see why people would say Stark or Lannister, but overall, I get a very strong Tully vibe about you.
It was your wishes, I guess. That last one about being connected to those you value sounds very Tully to me, especially when I think about Catelyn and the way she thinks of her father and sister and uncle, who at the start of the story are scattered all across the realm. Plus there's that desire for connection between the Blackfish and Hoster, which they didn't have until the events in the books brought them together.
Your three best and three worst traits sound very Tully-esque to me as well, though being self-centered isn't very Tully. It does crop up in them from time to time, but being worrywarts and rather indecisive are very definitely Tully traits, so two out of three ain't so bad.
I, too, echo your wish regarding wanting to know how/why magic works in this world. We see it often enough, but how it functions is a mystery, and I'd love to have someone or some event explain it to us readers :).
