I would actually go for Tully here. I almost went for Tyrell to be honest with the search for comfort and the intelligence and the artistic side. But I find the Tully's a bit more on the socially awkward side. They fit in but they have to analyze before the all context and do it accordingly (well that's how I view it at least ^^). Plus I always found something quite victorian about the Tully's <3.
Stannis would be a good king \o/. At least to the people imo.
