My gut reaction was Tyrell. But as I went to post, everyone so far had said Tully and so I decided to reread your app in case I missed something really important that would make you seem incredibly Tully. I still think you're a Tyrell.
First off, your second wish. You want the gift of transportation because you say you're impatient. Impatience (though not necessarily acting on it) is something I associate with Tyrell more than Tully.
Then your answer that pleasure is the most important thing to you because all of the options bring you pleasure. To me, Tyrells have always come across as a family that gets the most out of life and try to enjoy what they have.
And then fear #2, being alone forever. While Tullys tend to be very loving towards their family and don't want to leave them, the fear of being alone is something I associate with Tyrell. Social creatures that they are.
And your best and worst traits! Practicality, flexibility (especially flexibility), stubbornness, and being easily annoyed are all traits I relate to Tyrell.
I did see some aspects of Tully in your application, but overall I think you're more Tyrell.
