I don't suppose I could get you to add a third character to your least-liked list, could I? Nothing wrong with disliking characters for finding their narratives boring (I feel that way about Bran), but even if you can't single out anyone else other than Tywin, I feel like it might help to know more about why that is.
Anyway, as things stand, I think I'm going to go with Targaryen. The way you've structured your positives and negatives is evocative of that "coin flip" they're supposedly all subject to in their natures.
